MINI-BLINDS
Our mini-blinds are popular for many people simply because they provide terrific light control, fresh colors and sleek style.
We have a wide selection for you to choose from as we manufacture our products at Westside Shade and we carry products from dozens of very reputable companies. Your options in color, texture and design are endless!
Horizontal mini-blinds slats from Westside Shade are available ˝”, 1” and 2”. Decorative cotton or cloth tape are available for our 2” slat. Slats are available in 6, 8 or 9 gauge aluminum. The higher gauge of the aluminum slat the more durable the slat. Our mini-blind slats are scratch-resistant and an anti-static paint is applied to prevent dust from collecting on these blinds. offer streamlined construction that conceals all mounting brackets.
WOOD BLINDS
Like fine furniture, blinds and custom wood blinds add a special touch of warmth, rich and natural beauty to any room.
Beautifully crafted from fine hardwood, wood blinds from Westside Shade are available in 1″, 2″, 2 5/8″ and 3″ wide slat sizes with a full range of finishes and options. To reduce glare and maximize light control, you can select cloth tapes that cover route holes and that can add the finishing touch to your window’s decor.
FAUX WOOD BLINDS
Faux wood blinds are classified either as a Composite, which is a blend of PVC and wood pulp, or as a PVC, which is an extruded PVC plastic. They can be opened or closed by tilting the slats for light control and privacy.
These blinds have the look and feel of wood but are lower in price, heavier in weight, and only available in a limited range of colors and wood tones. They are available with a wide selection of decorative woven cloth tapes, valance and cornice options. In addition, the slats come in a variety of shapes, including traditional flat, crown (arched), S-curve and interlocking.
